Data Collection
- Wallpaper choice, pause state, frame rate and per-scene visual settings are stored locally
- Interaction Mode reads pointer position and left-button state for desktop effects; it does not read keyboard input, record these actions or upload them
- Display, power and login-session state are used only for rendering and energy management, without storage or upload
Local Processing
- Render selected scenes locally, respond to interaction and retain scene settings
- Get New Scenes Automatically is enabled by default. It reads the scene catalog at launch and daily while running, retrieves previews and installed-scene updates, and downloads new scenes when you select them
- Disable automatic scene updates in the main window; built-in and downloaded scenes still run locally
- Clicking Ad:More apps retrieves the developer app catalog and icons, with local icon caching. Selecting an app card opens its App Store page
Data Security
- Uses macOS App Sandbox and requests no desktop-file, Accessibility or screen-recording access
- Scene catalog, download and developer-app requests send no personal information, device identifiers or cookies
- Launch at login is opt-in and authorization is managed by macOS
Sharing & External Services
- No personal data is sold and no interaction history or usage analytics are shared
- Scene updates and the developer-app panel involve necessary requests to the corresponding websites
- When you open an external site or contact support, that site or email service has its own privacy rules. We use information you send only to respond
Retention
- Preferences, scene settings and downloads remain locally until you clear the corresponding app data
